Fundamentals level 4 Counter = I hit before being hit with fists and feet. Execute your move during the opposing attack to “stop” /10

Level 3 technical variety: I use face kicks. Touch or bring your foot as close as possible to the opponent's helmet /10

Tactical variety level 3: I attack and defend by varying my choices. Alternate attack phases in 1 beat / chained and defense phases in response / counter / neutralization /10
