날개 펴기Nalgae Pyeogi (날개 펴기) is a technique in taekwondo: wing Spreading. Nalgae Pyeogi, or Wing Spreading, pushes both palms toward the sides, like a bird opening its wings. The two hands rise to the height of the chest and shoulders, fingertips pointing up. Then the elbows extend straight out to the sides.
