Pyojeok Chagi
표적 차기Pyojeok Chagi (표적 차기) is a kick in taekwondo: target Kick. Pyojeok Chagi, the Target Kick, is delivered into one's own hand. An open hand stands for the target. The foot strikes it with an An Chagi, the Inward Kick: it comes in from the outside and hits the hand with its inside edge (balnaldeung). This kick is practiced in poomsae. It appears in Taegeuk 7, where the target is at face height.
